The tea blend with Sencha green tea is balanced according to the five elements teachings and has a high natural content of secondary plant active ingredients, which have beneficial antioxidant properties. Green tea can also have a positive effect on metabolic functions. Thanks to the unique recipe and the activation with bioresonance, the Sencha green tea is particularly digestible.
The herbal formulas of the Asian regeneration philosophy are known worldwide. However, plants originating from Asia are often very unusual for our region. For this reason, Dr Alfred Gruber has specialised in the formulations of Asian herbal medicine with Western – mostly Swiss – herbs. This has resulted in various tea blends. These are composed in Yin-Yang balance according to the Five Elements teachings.
Pour hot (max. 80°C) water over one teaspoon per cup or four teaspoons per litre and allow to steep for 3–5 minutes. The tea can be enjoyed several times a day in any quantity. The tea can be drunk either hot or cold.
